Plans called for "Hummingbirds: Beauty and the Beasts" to be released in hi-def in 2008, but the video is being down-converted to standard def because the majority of our audience members still view content in that format and don't have hi-def DVD players. When that changes, we will offer hi-def content.

FUNNY BIT: When he saw that "Hooked on Galapagos Beasts," which was to have been our next program, is "NOT COMING NEXT" because "customers tell AVC they prefer another hummingbird video," one writer who wanted "Galapagos Beasts" noted ruefully that the "HUMMINGBIRD MAFIA" had prevailed.
